The program has allowed me to learn all aspects of holistic living and to better understand the interconnectedness of all parts of the body. IIN has created an amazing foundation for me to work with all people experiencing countless ailments by simplifying the wellness process. Simple lifestyle changes add up to big results and I want to help you build habits that transform your life. *As a Health Coach, I have the tools to guide you through your health struggles naturally and help you learn to live your healthiest, happiest life possible. *I am also a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I believe that exercise is key to transforming your body and mind. I believe that high intensity interval training and strength training are the key to sculpting the body of your dreams! *My job as your coach is to help you get your head in the game. A big part of any transformation is having the right mindset. It is important to look at all aspects of your life and see what needs to change.
